YourCare360 helps you prepare for future care by providing access to digital tools and trusted resources to better understand, organize, and document your care preferences. In addition, members can connect with Benefit Counselors who provide expert guidance on insurance options tailored to individual member needs and circumstances. YourCare360 provides support for members caring for adults— including parents, grandparents, spouses, relatives, or friends. It is a comprehensive platform designed to help address the many challenges that can arise throughout the caregiving journey. Support is available in two ways: by connecting with compassionate Care Advisors who can help identify priorities, provide personalized recommendations, and guide next steps, or by independently exploring digital tools and trusted resources available through the platform.
We align with the definition from Johns Hopkins Medicine, which states: “A caregiver is a person who tends to the needs or concerns of a person with short or long-term limitations due to illness, injury, or disability.”
Members have unlimited access to a wide range of trusted resources designed to make caring for an adult loved one easier. This includes self-service tools, educational information, health assessments, access to fall prevention programs, and solutions for aging in place— all designed to help navigate caregiving with confidence and convenience. Our Care Team is also available from 8am-6PM EST to provide personalized support tailored to member's caregiving needs.
Access to YourCare360 is available at no cost to Teamster members and families. Members may also choose to purchase offerings provided through trusted partners, such as in-home care services or flexible insurance coverage designed to help safeguard their financial future. If selected, payment is made directly to the partner or carrier.
